Absorbent Core
Core Composition: SAP Absorption: 8–12g of SAP per pad (for high-absorbency products) Fluff Pulp Composition: 50–70% fluff pulp mixed with SAP for optimized moisture retention and overall absorbency.
Backsheet
Material: Polyethylene (PE) film Thickness: 25–35gsm Waterproofing: >99% waterproof, ensuring no leakage. Tensile Strength: Withstands 10–15N of force, providing durability and long-lasting leak-proof protection. Absorption Layer Assembly
